CSU produces six new electronics engineers

Six graduates of Cagayan State University successfully passed the licensure examination for electronics engineering held in April this year.

They are Windel P. Cancejo, Mariel Castillo, Shally Marck C. Daguiao, Regime P. Galasinao, Jose Marie M. Liban and Janet M. Tunque.

Their feat gave the school an overall passing percentage of 40 in the examination which was topped by a graduate from the University of the East – Manila.

Based on the Professional Regulation Commission’s website, www.prc.gov.ph, the recorded national passing rate was 36.95 (917 out of 2482).

The six came from the 15 who took the board examination administered by the Board of Electronics Engineering with Engr. Alnar L. Detalla as chair and Engr. Enrico Claro R. Delmoro and Engr. Herminio J. Orbe as members.

One of the 15 received a conditioned status from the board.

The Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering of CSU is offered at the College of Engineering, CSU Carig Campus. The program is accredited Level I by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities of the Philippines.
