The Cagayan State University has been found eligible for the grant of the 2014 Performance Based Bonus (PBB) by the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Harmonization of National Government Performance Monitoring, Information and Reporting Systems (IATF-HNGPMIRS).

In a notice sent via e-mail of the AO 25 Secretariat, Budget and Management Undersecretary Richard E. Moya informed President Romeo R. Quilang that CSU is eligible for the grant of PBB 2014.

“We are pleased to inform you that Cagayan State University is ELIGIBLE for the grant of Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) for Fiscal Year 2014,” the official said.

He reminded the agency that, for the PBB process to be completed, it should “publish the agency MFO Accountability Report Card (MARC-1) and Management Accountability Report Card (MARC-2) in your website or official publication.”

"We sincerely hope that the PBB strategically contributed to your organizational and employee performance that led to concrete and visible improvements in the delivery of goods and services to the public," the undersecretary said.
