Three graduates of the CSU College of Allied Health Sciences bagged three top slots in the September 2015 respiratory therapist licensure examination held on Sept. 9-10.
Based on the website of the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC), Vienna Mei R. Ledesma landed on top 3 with 87.25% mark.
Joining her in the list of topnotchers are Alvin C. Guevarra (86%), who made it to the top 7, and Marion Dane L. Velasco (85.25%), this year’s passer completing the top 10.
CSU, according to the PRC website, registered 96.55% (28 out of 29) institutional passing rate, higher than the national percentage: 67.83%.
The University, of the 18 schools offering respiratory therapy program nationwide, ranked third, just points away from Cebu Doctor’s University (96.77%, second place) and San Pedro College-Davao City (97.87%, first place).
CAHS Dean Julius Capili, in an official statement, said the other successful passers are Abigail O. Abad, Bill B. Anzia, Jemalyn R. Aquino, James G. Arugay, Jan Fran P. Arugay, Johnric B. Cambri, Joy C. Canaya, Paul Jerrick M. Carillo, Pamela Marie M. Chua, Jenny Ruth C. Darauay, Dianne S. Del Carmen, Nida V. Dela Torre, Murphy C. Dominguez, Kerby King S. Felipe, Rhodney D. Ibañez, Chriscellie C. Juan, Christian Paul T. Labasan, Rodesa B. Laggui, Jovanie R. Narag, Winnie A. Pamittan, Heralyn A. Salida, Kevin Nicolo B. Santos, Mark Jervin R. Suyu, Krisen Ruth T. Uganiza, and Marjoeri O. Vicente.
Thankful about this accomplishment, Dean Capili congratulated all the passers and his faculty members.
In his Facebook account, he said: "Congratulations to my BSRT team. Ang galing galing talaga ng CSU-CAHS. To God be the glory!"
