The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) pronounced CAGAYAN STATE UNIVERSITY as TOP 1 performing school in the Philippines in the March 2018 Licensure Examination for Medical Technology besting 120 colleges and universities that offers the Medical Laboratory Science degree.
From 2014, CSU had been consistent in its 100% performance in the Board Exams for Medical Technology considering that it has two schedules (March and September batch respectively). In this year's March 14-15 schedule of examinations administered in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga, all of its 71 takers passed.
Aside from the overwhelming 100% finish, it also once again produced a National Topnotcher. At the 7th rank is Mr. Joshua M. Acorda who is from Sto. Tomas, Isabela with a rating of 89.50%.
CSU certainly has lived up to its commitment to qualify excellence. It was only 2015 when it last has produced a topnotcher in the Board Exams in Medical Technology in the name of Mr. Nasudi Pastores at 9th place.
With the laudable and sterling achievements of the college, it created itself an inspiring label. #tatakCAHS
