IN PHOTOS || Cagayan State University Officer-In-Charge President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez joined the meeting today, September 23, 2026, with the Commission on Higher Education - Office of the Institutional Quality Assurance and Governance (CHED - OIQAG) via Zoom.

Dr. Ibañez together with Vice President for Research Development and Extension Audy Quebral and university directors and staff who make up the performance results team listened to Ms. Maria Vina Cecilia Mercado of CHED-...OIQAG, who reviewed the university's submission of accomplishments along higher education, advance education for the grant, research and extension as part of the CSU's application for the grant of Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) 2024.

This meeting completes the process of validation before CHED endorses the results to AO 25 secretariat.

Apart from performance results, the other areas where Cagayan State University is evaluated include process results, financial results, citizen satisfaction results and agency accountabilities.

Based on the Memorandum Circular No. 2026-1 issued by EO 61 technical working group, employees eligible for the grant of PBB 2024 can receive up to 65 percent of their monthly basic salary in 2024.
