CSU-CARIG PRODUCES 48 NEW PHYSICIANS IN 2025 LICENSURE EXAM

Cagayan State University - Carig Campus recorded 48 newly licensed physicians in the 2025 Physicians Licensure Examination (PLE), according to results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on April 14, 2025.

Of the 43 first-time takers, 39 successfully passed, posting a first-timer passing rate of 90.70%. Among the 19 repeaters, 9 passed the exam, resulting in an overall institutional passing rate of 77.42%, which is significantly higher than the national average of 49.67%.
