In pursuit of its mission to provide quality education for all, Cagayan State University through University President Urdujah G. Alvarado signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOU) with the Police Regional Office 02 led by Regional Director PBGEN Christopher C. Birung yesterday, November 19, 2023.
The MOU Signing brings forward the joint undertaking to conduct In-Service Training through seminars, workshops, and specialized courses done by the experts of CSU. The offered activities will cover Emceeing, English 101, Public Speaking, Technical Writing, Photography, and Bamboo Propagation.
In her message, President Alvarado said the partnership would symbolize the unity, strength, and commitment to a safe and secure community of both organizations. “Together, we can contribute to the development of a safer, more secure community that thrives on cooperation and mutual respect. By raising our collective commitment to collaboration, we ensure that the bond between the community and our police force grows stronger with each passing day”, she expressed.
