CSU HOLDS SEMINAR-WORKSHOP TO STREAMLINE AUXILIARY OFFICE PROCESSES ACROSS CAMPUSES

To improve efficiency and enhance services that benefit the university community, the Cagayan State University (CSU), through its University Auxiliary Office, organized a seminar-workshop to standardize and synchronize auxiliary office processes across all campuses held today, November 25, 2024, at the CSU Andrews Claude Convention Center.

During the program, OIC President Dr. Ibañez delivered a message emphasizing the importance of unified processes and expressing his full support for the initiative. He highlighted the value of nurturing seamless and centralized operations, not only in auxiliary services but across all offices within CSU.

Meanwhile, CSU Andrews Campus Executive Officer, Atty. Carla Marie Sumigad, said the workshop was an opportunity to share best practices and build a culture of continuous improvement within the university system.

The workshop, led by University Auxiliary Director Mr. Terence Alfred Tejada, convened representatives from various auxiliary services, including the General Services Office, Transportation Services, Food Services, and Security Services.
