CSU BOARD OF REGENTS CHAIR DESIGNATE AND CHED COMMISSIONER AGRUPIS MEETS MEMBERS OF BOR

Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Commissioner and newly designated Chair of the Cagayan State University (CSU) Board of Regents, Dr. Shirley Agrupis, met with the members of the Board for the first time during the regular board meeting held on November 27, 2024, at CHED Central Office in Quezon City.

The meeting strengthened collaboration among members and aligned their efforts with the university's vision and mission, with discussions focused on academics, research, internationalization, and administration matters. During the meeting, Dr. Ricardo Casauay formally took his oath before CHED Commissioner Agrupis as the new Faculty Regent, pledging to represent the CSU faculty with dedication and integrity.

The meeting was attended by esteemed members of the Board of Regents, including OIC President Arthur G. Ibañez, Atty. April Gayle Soller, Dir. Dionisio Ledres Jr., Atty. Carmelo Villacete, Regent Loreto Pacay Jr., and Atty. Marco Cicero Domingo, and Regent Ricardo Casauay. Other university officials and personnel also participated as resource persons, including VP Mariden Cauilan, VP Junel Guzman, VP Ana Marie Cauilan, CEO Audy Quebral, and Mr. Alvin Alisasis. Regent Arturo Tabbu and Student Regent John Lester Jaime joined the meeting virtually via Zoom.
