Cagayan State University (CSU) officially kicked off its 47th Founding Anniversary with a grand celebration at CSU Aparri Campus, beginning with a solemn Holy Mass. University officials, campus executive officers, faculty and staff, students, and guests from all nine campuses gathered in unity and thanksgiving.
Immediately after, CSU inaugurated three key infrastructure projects through a ceremonial ribbon-cutting: the Executive Villa, the campus road network, and the Balai ti Alumni.
CSU launched the Executive Villa as a modern accommodation for visiting university officials. The villa also serves as a prototype for future hostel-style campus housing and offers potential for revenue generation through university-managed lodging services.
The university also unveiled a newly completed 200-meter road network that connects the campus to Apagonan Road. This infrastructure supports CSU’s Land Use Development and Infrastructure Plan (LUDIP) by improving mobility within and beyond the campus grounds.
In strengthening alumni engagement, CSU opened the Balai ti Alumni, a dedicated facility for alumni services, placement programs, and institutional networking.
