CSU EARNS OUTSTANDING RATING IN DBM 2024 AGENCY PERFORMANCE REVIEW

Cagayan State University (CSU) has been recognized by the Department of Budget and Management as one of only 14 agencies out of 308 to receive an Outstanding Performance Rating in the 2024 Agency Performance Review, earning a perfect score of 5.0 across all evaluation areas: financial, physical, and reportorial compliance.

The recognition was officially announced by Budget Secretary Hon. Amenah F. Pangandaman, following the performance review conducted under the newly recalibrated criteria of DBM Circular Letter 2025-2.
