CSU OFFICIALS CONVENE FOR MID-YEAR PERFORMANCE REVIEW

Cagayan State University’s Vice Presidents, University Directors, Division Chiefs and Section Heads, gathered for a comprehensive assessment review to evaluate the university’s performance across key areas—academics, administration and finance, internationalization and graduate employability.

The review adopted a root cause analysis and corrective action approach to identify gaps and design catch-up strategies for the rest of the year. These outputs will be presented to OIC President Arthur G. Ibáñez and a panel of evaluators as part of the Mid-Year Evaluation of accomplishments.

The exercise aims to ensure that CSU stays on track in meeting its institutional commitments and SUC levelling targets.
