CSU REGISTERS 25 NEW CPAS, RECORDS 40.32% INSTITUTIONAL PASSING RATE

Cagayan State University (CSU) has successfully produced 25 new Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) from the October 2025 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination (CPALE), as announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) today, November 4.

CSU recorded an institutional passing rate of 40.32%, notably higher than the national passing rate of 34.02% (3,460/10,171).

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to our new CPAs for their hard-earned success. We are deeply proud of your perseverance and commitment to excellence.

We also express our sincere gratitude to CSU Andrews Campus, under the leadership of CEO Atty. Carla Marie L. Sumigad, and to the College of Business, Entrepreneurship and Accountancy (CBEA), headed by Dean Giged T. Battung, together with the support of former CBEA Dean Antonia Josefa A. Taguinod, as well as the dedicated faculty and administrators who have guided and inspired our students throughout their journey.
