CSU PRODUCES 18 NEW CIVIL ENGINEERS, SURPASSES 30.39% NAT’L PASSING RATE IN CIVIL ENGINEERS BOARD EXAMINATION

Cagayan State University produced 18 new Civil Engineers who successfully passed the November 2025 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination.

CSU posted an impressive 41.86% institutional passing rate (18 out of 43 examinees), outperforming the national passing rate of 30.39% (4,268 out of 14,043 examinees).

Warmest congratulations to our newly licensed Civil Engineers! As you enter the engineering profession, may you uphold the highest standards of integrity, innovation, and public service—values that define what it means to be a CSUian engineer.
