In pursuit of strengthened and proactive governance, CSU carried out back-to-back meetings today, December 1, 2025, led by OIC President Arthur G. Ibañez. The expanded Execom–Mancom meeting engaged executive and management leaders in reviewing institutional performance and fine-tuning plans for instruction, administration and finance, research, development and extension, and internationalization. This was followed by the pre-Board meeting to ensure readiness for forthcoming BOR deliberations.
