PROVIDING IMPROVED FACILITIES AND EFFICIENT SERVICES: CSU ANDREWS CAMPUS UNVEILS NEWLY RENOVATED AND MORE CONDUCIVE OFFICES

Cagayan State University–Andrews Campus, together with the University’s Office of Student Development and Welfare (OSDW), formally unveiled newly renovated office facilities on December 16, 2025.

Officer-in-Charge President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez made an initial visit to the OSDW, where he was welcomed by OSDW Director Dr. Loraine S. Tattao. The refurbished office now offers a more welcoming ambiance and a comfortable space conducive to student services and related support functions.

Meanwhile, Campus Executive Officer Atty. Carla Marie L. Sumigad led the ribbon-cutting ceremony, which was followed by a blessing officiated by Rev. Fr. Ma. Severino Bariuan. The blessing covered the newly renovated offices of General Services, Infrastructure, Supply, Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), Budget, Accounting, Cashier, and Registrar.

Funded through internally generated income (IGI), the upgraded OSDW and campus administrative offices are collective outcomes of University’s continued commitment to improving its facilities and enhancing service delivery.
