Presidents of State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), including OIC President Arthur G. Ibañez, convene with the CHED Chairperson Dr. Shirley C. Agrupis during the Conclave of SUC Presidents to discuss the ACHIEVE Agenda, a seven-point roadmap aimed at making higher education institutions more responsive, globally competitive, and aligned with national innovation and workforce goals, as well as the proposed harmonized protocol for the conduct of SUC Board meetings.
