Cagayan State University and the Local Government Unit of Allacapan conducted a tree-planting activity in Silagan, Allacapan. Cacao seedlings were planted, in support of the University’s 45,000 Trees Project, following the launch of the Cacao Processing and Production Program yesterday, February 16, 2026.
