Cagayan State University (CSU), led by Officer-in-Charge President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez, successfully concluded its 100th Regular Board of Regents (BOR) Meeting today, April 21, 2026, conducted at the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Central Office and via Zoom.

Presided over by CHED Chairperson and CSU Board Chair Dr. Shirley C. Agrupis, the Board deliberated on key agenda items covering financial, academic, administrative, research, extension, and internationalization concerns.

The Board also welcomed new private sector members, Hon. Joselito K. Luna and Hon. Noel T. Veridiano II, who succeed Hon. Arturo B. Tabbu and Hon. Loreto M. Pacay Jr.
