The Civil Service Commission Regional Office II named Cagayan State University Officer-In-Charge President Professor Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez and CSU Aparri Professor Dr. Lenimfa P. Molina as Regional Winners of the 2026 Gawad Lingkod Bayan ng Pangulo.
The recognition honors exemplary government workers who have demonstrated exceptional public service, integrity, and impactful contributions in their respective fields.
Dr. Ibañez and Dr. Molina were among the regional awardees selected under the Individual Category following the screening and deliberation conducted by the Regional Committee on Awards.
Their selection as regional winners qualifies them to represent Cagayan Valley Region in the national evaluation for the 2026 Gawad Lingkod Bayani.
Gawad Lingkod Bayan ng Pangulo is conferred upon public servants whose work significantly promotes public welfare, strengthens institutions, and contributes to national development through innovation and exemplary leadership.
