Touching down in Calayan Island, CSU Officer-in-Charge President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez, together with university and campus officials, met with Calayan Municipal Mayor Hon. Joseph M. Llopis during a courtesy visit ahead of tomorrow’s academic celebration.
