The second day of the Strategic Planning Workshop and 2026 Targets Setting and Cascading featured the presentation of the 2025 institutional milestones and accomplishments of OIC President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez, together with the University’s strategic way forward.

Resource speakers Hon. Dionisio C. Ledres Jr. and Fr. Ranhilio C. Aquino delivered discussions on “Future-Ready Workforce: Upskilling, Reskilling, and Work-Based Learning” and “Threats to Higher Education at CSU,” respectively. They were joined by Dr. Urdujah G. Alvarado, Dr. Florentina S. Dumlao, and Dr. Rex Navarro as panel reactors during the presentation of the 2026 performance targets by the University Vice Presidents.

After the critiquing, the identified targets will be cascaded to the campuses to ensure alignment and coordinated implementation across the CSU system.
