CSU University Vice Presidents and Campus Executive Officers formally signed their 2026 Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) during the Covenant and Ceremonial Signing at Blue Coast Hotel, Sta. Ana, Cagayan.

The signing is part of the Strategic Planning Workshop and 2026 Targets Setting and Cascading, strengthening accountability, performance alignment, and shared commitment across the CSU system.

Prior to the signing, the University Vice Presidents cascaded the approved performance targets to all campuses, ensuring system-wide alignment and shared understanding of institutional priorities.
