Cagayan State University (CSU), through the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance, conducted a workshop focused on preparing documentary requirements for the proposed conversion of CSU Calayan Extension and Buguey Extension into regular campuses, February 5, 2026.

Dr. Don Dela Cruz, Supervising Education Program Specialist, and Engr. Joven Jacinto, Education Supervisor from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Region II, served as resource persons.
