Cagayan State University (CSU) formalized partnerships with Southern Luzon State University (SLSU) and Aurora State College of Technology (ASCOT) through simultaneous Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) signed on March 11, 2026, in Clark, Pampanga.
Signed by CSU OIC President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez, SLSU President Dr. Frederick T. Villa, and ASCOT President Dr. Renato G. Reyes, the agreements establish a five-year framework for cooperation in student and faculty exchanges, joint academic programs, research collaboration, and community engagement.
The MOUs also provide guidelines on intellectual property, data privacy, confidentiality, and dispute resolution, ensuring compliance with national laws and institutional policies.
The partnerships are expected to enhance academic exchange, strengthen research productivity, and support sustainable development initiatives across participating institutions.
Joining Dr. Ibañez as official witnesses were Engr. Audy R. Quebral, Vice President for Research, Development, and Extension; Dr. Generino P. Siddayao, Dean of the College of Information and Computing Sciences; and Bryan T. Lacambra, Dean of the College of Industrial Technology.
