CSU PRODUCES 139 NEW CIVIL ENGINEERS, EARNS TOP 8 NATIONAL SPOT IN 2026 CELE

Cagayan State University - Carig Campus produced 139 new civil engineers in the March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination, surpassing the national passing rate with a 59.66% institutional performance.

Leading the roster of passers is Mr. Seth Patrick Rosario Bacani, who placed Top 8 nationwide with an impressive 91.45% rating.
