Cagayan State University showcased the vibrant Pavvurulun Afi Festival of Tuguegarao City in the Festival Dance Competition—celebrating unity, culture, and identity.

State Universities and Colleges from across the Philippines also showcased their rich traditions through dynamic cultural performances, where Caraga secured 1st place, followed by Northern Mindanao in 2nd, the Bicol Region in 3rd, SOCCSKSARGEN in 4th, and Central Visayas rounding out the top five in 5th place.
