One of the highlights of the NCAF 2026 opening was the introduction of the 16 official candidates for Mr. & Ms. PASUC. Representing Region II are Ms. Trixie Diane Maza of Cagayan State University and Mr. Joshua Del Rosario of Nueva Vizcaya State University.
