Our CSU delegates received a special visit today! OIC President Arthur G. Ibañez, VP Mariden V. Cauilan, and university and campus officials sat down for a “Kamustahan Session” with our talented students and coaches at Iloilo Science and Technology University – College of Arts and Sciences this morning, April 10.

Dr. Ibañez reminded the delegates to enjoy the moment while giving their best in every competition, emphasizing that they are already winners for representing the region. He also assured them that their welfare, concerns, and safety remain a top priority.

Let’s keep the momentum going! The 12th PASUC National Culture and the Arts Festival runs until April 11. Go, Cagayan Valley!
