As part of its preparations for the upcoming board meeting with CHED Chairperson Dr. Shirley C. Agrupis, Cagayan State University, led by OIC President Arthur G. Ibañez, convened the CSU Board of Regents Expanded Finance Committee, April 13, 2026.

The meeting gathered key members of the Board, including DA Regional Executive Director Rose Mary G. Aquino, DOST R02 Regional Director Virginia Bilgera and Faculty Regent Ricardo Casauay via Zoom, and Student Regent Kyle Aron Tan, alongside other university and campus officials.
