Ledres Jr., Assistant Regional Director Leomar C. Israel, and Atty. Mark S. Pagulayan paid a courtesy visit to CSU OIC President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez this afternoon, April 16, 2026.

The visit coincides with their engagement in the Regional Investment Appraisal Course (RIAC) 2026 – Luzon Leg, which aims to strengthen competencies in public investment programming and project evaluation.
