Cheers, applause, and pride filled Calayan Island today, June 3, 2026, as Cagayan State University - Sanchez Mira Campus celebrated the graduation of the first forty (40) graduates of its Calayan Extension Campus during its historic Commencement Exercises.

The pioneering class is composed of 11 graduates from Bachelor of Science in Agriculture major in Animal Science, 8 from Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, and 21 from Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.

These graduates complete the total roster of 963 graduates produced by CSU-Sanchez Mira this year, including 897 undergraduate and 26 graduate school graduates.
