In line with Cagayan State University's commitment to enhancing campus infrastructure and student welfare, Officer-in-Charge President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez, together with campus executive officers, campus planning officers, engineers, and architects, met with representatives from the Pag-IBIG Fund for an initial consultation on the possible financing of CSU dormitory projects through their loan programs.

The meeting explored opportunities for collaboration to support the University's long-term plan of providing accessible, safe, and quality student accommodation across its campuses.
