Ms. Mercedes Joy M. Fojas, General Manager of the Taiwan International Talent Circulation Base–Philippines of Kun Shan University, visited CSU Officer-in-Charge President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez in connection with the Information Session for the 2027 Spring Program of Kun Shan University held at the CSU Carig Campus–College of Engineering and Architecture on July 23, 2026. She was joined by Vice President Dr. Ana Marie C. Cauilan and Director for Internationalization Dr. Kristinne Joyce A. Lara.
