Hosted by the Cagayan State University Lal-lo Campus, the University Executive Committee (ExeCom) and Management Committee (ManCom) convened for its regular meeting presided over by Officer-in-Charge President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez on July 30, 2026.

The meeting provided a platform for collaborative decision-making as members discussed and acted on matters concerning instruction, administration, finance, research, development and extension, and internationalization, partnership, and resource mobilization.

Agenda items were presented for information, deliberation, approval, and adoption in support of the University's continuing pursuit of excellence and institutional transformation.
