A total of eighty-nine newly hired and promoted faculty members and administrative personnel of Cagayan State University took their oath of office before Officer-In-Charge University President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez on July 30 and 31, 2026, officially joining and advancing within the University's academic and administrative workforce.
Fifty-eight personnel took their oath today, July 31, 2026, at the Cagayan State University Central Administration, while 31 employees were sworn in a day earlier during the Expanded Executive Committee (ExeCom) and Management Committee (ManCom) Meeting hosted by the CSU Lal-lo Campus.
The July 31 oath-taking covered employees from the Central Administration (18), Carig Campus (28), Andrews Campus (7), Solana Campus (3), and Piat Campus (2).
Dr. Ibañez administered the oath and congratulated the employees as they formally assumed their new roles in the University.
In his message, Dr. Ibañez encouraged the newly appointed personnel to remain patient, dedicated, and committed to public service.
"It may not be the time that you want, but in God's perfect time," he said, reminding employees that every achievement comes at the right time through perseverance and faith.
He also expressed gratitude for their hard work and commitment, assuring them that the University recognizes their potential.
"Hindi natutulog ang administration. Continue to perform well. We are looking at your potential to become future leaders. Continue improving your performance and increase your productivity," he added.
The oath-taking ceremony was witnessed by university officials, including Vice President Dr. Theresa B. Dimalanta, Vice President Dr. Mariden V. Cauilan, Campus Executive Officers Engr. Roger P. Rumpon and Dr. Hitler C. Dangatan, Chief Administrative Officer Ramon Henry Peregrino O. Kanapi, and other members of the University administration, who likewise extended their congratulations to the newly appointed and promoted employees.
