Cagayan State University earns Level II Re-accredited status from the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Inc. for three academic programs assessed on May 4–6, 2026.

The re-accredited programs are Master of Science in Teaching major in Mathematics at CSU Andrews Campus, and Master of Arts in Psychology and Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology at CSU Carig Campus. The accreditation is valid from May 16, 2026 to May 15, 2030.
