Cagayan State University (CSU) Gonzaga and CSU Lasam underwent the 3rd Survey Visit of the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) held online on August 26–28, 2026.

The three-day accreditation activity assessed four academic programs: Bachelor of Elementary Education, Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English and Filipino, and Bachelor of Science in Criminology at CSU Gonzaga, and Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English at CSU Lasam.

The activity brought together AACCUP accreditors, CSU officials, deans, coordinators, task forces, and other stakeholders in the continuing pursuit of academic quality and institutional excellence.

The survey visit opened with the presentation of university officials and accreditation teams, followed by breakout sessions with the respective program task forces, and concluded on August 28 with the presentation of general impressions, pledge of commitment, and awarding of e-certificates to the accreditors.
