Tuguegarao City, September 2, 2026 — Participants from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia shared their experiences and insights during the Post-Travel Conference conducted by Cagayan State University OVPIPRM following their cultural exchange program at the UTM Institute of Bioproduct Development (IBD).

The participants expressed appreciation for the opportunity to learn about advanced technologies and best practices that they can apply in their coursework and recommend for adoption in their respective campuses. They also highlighted how exposure to another culture broadened their perspectives, strengthened their appreciation of diversity, and contributed to their personal growth.

They thanked CSU for the financial, logistical, academic, and moral support extended throughout the program.

VP for Internationalization, Partnership and Resource Mobilization Dr. Ana Marie Cristina C. Cauilan reminded the participants that being global ambassadors comes with a greater responsibility—to share their learning, inspire others and contribute to CSU’s internationalization efforts.

OIC-President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez likewise thanked the participants for their active participation and encouraged them to bring their learnings and experiences back to their respective campuses.
