IN PHOTOS || Cagayan State University Officer-In-Charge Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez led a “Kamustahan” dialogue with the deans and faculty members of the College of Business, Entrepreneurship and Accountancy (CBEA) and the College of Hospitality Management (CHM) in Andrews Campus, October 1, 2026.

Joining the OIC President were Vice President for Instruction Dr. Mariden V. Cauilan and Andrews Campus Executive Officer Terence Alfred Roberto A. Tejada.

The session focused on listening... to the colleges’ issues, concerns, challenges, needs, and best practices, creating a direct avenue for Cagayan State University leadership to better understand the concerns on the ground and identify appropriate areas of support.

Dr. Ibañez assured the colleges of the University’s support, emphasizing that addressing concerns and pursuing improvements require collective effort, open communication, and shared responsibility, not only for CBEA and CHM, but for all colleges across the campus.
