IN PHOTOS || A delegation from the University of the Philippines Diliman paid a courtesy visit to Cagayan State University (CSU) ahead of the 32nd Annual Conference of the Transportation Science Society of the Philippines (TSSP), scheduled on October 7–9, 2026, at the CSU Andrews–Claude Convention Center.

The delegation, led by Dr. Sheilah G. Napalang, President of TSSP, Dr. Regine Regidor, Institute Director of the UP Institute of Civil Engineering and other professors, was received on behalf of Cagayan State University Officer-in-Charge President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez by Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Mariden V. Cauilan alongside Technical Adviser Dr. Florentina S. Dumlao.
