The collaborating agencies sealed their partnership through a signing of the Memorandum of Agreement executed by CSU
President Urdujah G. Alvarado, LGU Sta. Ana as represented by MENRO EnP Romeo A. Asuncion, and Pasiguit Fisherfolk
Association Chairman Mr. Jaime B. Yosores. On September 5, 2019, the president also signed a Memorandum of Agreement
with the Local Government Unit of Aparri through Mayor Bryan Dale Chan and the representatives of Linao Fisherfolk
Association, Bisagu Fisherfolk Association and 3K Association.
