Academic Deans' 2018 Target Setting

President Tejada met the academic deans, January 22-23, 2018 for a target setting which aims to rationalize programs in view of RA 109371.

In her opening remarks, President Tejada urged the deans to contribute outcomes and hurdle all challenges that may arise in the pursuit of producing a good curriculum for incoming freshmen.

Father Ranhilio Aquino, VP for Administration and Finance presented the organizational chart that reminded the Deans of their significant relationship with the VPs in the execution of their duties while Dr. Mariden Ventura Cauilan, VP for Academics discussed the academic action plan which was culled from the Medium Term Development and Investment Plan of the university.

President Tejada required the deans to present their action plan following the Input, Process, Output Framework.
