As a way of assuring the quality and determining the impact of the research projects that CSU conducts, the first day of the Status Report Presentation, Workshop, and Validation of Research, Development, and Extension Projects transpired last November 4, 2019.
Project leaders and members of Externally and Internally Funded Research Projects from the different campuses gathered to present the activities, accomplishments, and the overall status of their research to the Research, Development, and Extension (RDE) Task Force led by University President Urdujah A. Tejada and Vice President for Research, Development and Extension Junel B. Guzman.
The meeting paved the way to a fruitful discussion on suggestions and recommendations on how to better the research projects, to realign their objectives, and identify the impact of the research on the community.
November 5, 2019 marks the second day of the Status Report Presentation of the Research, Development, and Extension Projects of the University. For the second day’s agenda, the monitoring and evaluation continue for the externally funded extension projects and institutionally funded research projects that are implemented by the University.
With the primary goal of extending and developing new technologies of different commodities for the community, the extensionists and researchers stemming from all eight campuses shared the objectives, activities and training conducted, technologies expanded, livelihood projects established, and demonstration projects established for each of their projects.
