Despite the torrid rains today, President Urdujah G. Alvarado, CEO Florante Victor Balatico and CSU Lasam officials prepare for the launching of the CSU Cacao Processing Center at CSU Lasam. The President looks forward to make Cagayan the Chocolateria of the North through this cacao processing center as it merges the university mandates on Research, Extension, Production and Instruction in its operation.
