CELEBRATING 46 YEARS OF GROWTH: TEAM BUILDING AND GENERAL ASSEMBLY MARK DAY 2 OF CSU’S FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY

In a vibrant display of camaraderie and togetherness, CSU celebrated the second day of its 46th founding anniversary with a dynamic blend of team-building activities and a comprehensive general assembly. The event, held at the Red Eagles Gymnasium, Carig Campus yesterday, June 13, 2024, is a testament to the university's dedication to nurturing a strong and dedicated team culture and cohesiveness while reflecting on its achievements over the years.

The day kicked off with an array of team-building activities designed to fortify bonds and encourage collaboration among members from various campuses. With energetic cheers and yells, employees enthusiastically participated in the activities, underscoring the spirit of unity and teamwork that defines CSU's missions and visions.

OIC office of the president Dr. Arthur Ibanez delivered his inspiring welcoming address, highlighting the achievements of the university through its former presidents and administrators, with the promise of continuing what the previous presidents have achieved, and likewise expressing gratitude to the employees for their dedication and hard work. He emphasized further the university's goal of moving forward with a stronger and more cohesive team, assuring everyone that this activity will create a direct impact on the enhancement of camaraderie and efficiency within every unit and employee of the university.

Following the exhilarating team-building sessions, the employees gathered for a comprehensive general assembly, where key speakers, Hon. Atty. Carmelo Villacete and Dr. Urdujah Alvarado shared their expertise and insights on embracing a synergetic culture and leadership and excellence. Their sessions underscored the important elements of a synergistic culture And a mindful leader, including interdisciplinary collaboration, community engagement, and partnerships.

The celebration concluded with the joyous presentations of the performances of the employees, enhancing further the team's purpose and unity.
