Cagayan State University – Andrews Campus’ helm is now under the leadership of ATTY. CARLA MARIE L. SUMIGAD, newly designated Campus Executive Officer. Atty Sumigad succeeded Mr. Ramon Henry Peregrino O. Kanapi, MAN.
