CSU HOLDS ORIENTATION ON MEDICAL ALLOWANCE GUIDELINES FOR CSU EMPLOYEES

Cagayan State University (CSU) Central Administration and Andrews Personnel & Employees convened today, January 20, 2024, at the CSU Claude Andrews Convention Center to discuss the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Medical Allowance benefit from the Budget Circular 2024-6 entitled: “Rules and Regulations on the Grant of Medical Allowance to Civilian and Government Personnel”.

After CSU Andrews CEO Atty. Carla Marie L. Sumigad welcomed the attendees, Mr. Ramon Henry O. Kanapi, Chief Administrative Officer, discussed the overview of the medical allowance benefit, followed by Atty. Arjay L. Pando, University Records Officer, presented the legal definitions and concepts of Health Maintenance organizations (HMOs) relative to the said benefit.

The orientation is intended to shed light on the full coverage of the medical allowance and answer the queries of the employees.
