CSU, COA REGION 2 WRAP UP FINDINGS IN 2024 FINANCIAL AUDIT EXIT CONFERENCE

Cagayan State University (CSU), under the leadership of OIC President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez, met with the Commission on Audit (COA) Region 02 for an exit conference this afternoon, April 8, 2025.

The COA team, spearheaded by Supervising Auditor Josephine Alberta Lappay, participated in the meeting, which was part of the ongoing audit process for the university's financial operations.

The audit, led by Ms. Rosemarie B. Sales, thoroughly examined CSU's financial transactions and management for the year 2024. The exit conference served as an essential platform for CSU officials and personnel to engage with the auditors, review the preliminary findings, and provide their feedback before the finalization of the Annual Audit Report.

Attending the meeting are key university officials, including all university vice presidents, campus executive officers, the chief financial management officer, university and campus accountants, cashiers, budget officers, supply officers, infrastructure director, and other university personnel.
