The project Promotion, Adoption and Commercialization of Organically Grown Products through Learning Sites and Farm Tourism in Northeastern Cagayan is
              composed of three (3) components namely:( 1) “Pick, Catch and Pay: Establishment of Farm Tourism Site in the Municipality of Sta.Teresita; (2) Bahay Kubo Magiging
              Bongga-Lo: Promoting Healthy and Satisfactory Lifestyle Through Organic Vegetable Production for Community Adoption and Commercialization in Gonzaga and; (3)
              Unlad Magsasaka: A Diversified Farming System in the Municipality of Sta. Ana This Project was granted Php975,000.00 by the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional
              Training Center II (ATI-RTC II) of the Department of Agriculture (DA).

              Season-long trainings, seminars and field visits were conducted to showcase the different technologies designed to promote and commercialize organic products through
              farm tourism, learning sites and goat housing establishment. Trainings on diversified farming, goat production and management, organic value crop production like
              vegetables and rice, mushroom production and sexual and asexual propagation were also conducted.

              Today, adopters are enjoying the benefits of the trainings given to them. Established facilities such as vermicomposting areas, farm tourism and learning site are now
              used by farmers in the conduct of trainings and demonstrations. The EXPAND Project has conducted 22 trainings from which 698 trainees graduated with their acquired
              skills ready for application in their own farms.  Two learning sites are established for the conduct of techno-demo, trainings and seminars and one farm tourism project.
              Goats are also dispersed to beneficiaries for the establishment of diversified farming in the participating LGUs.
